Chr2-chr5 updated priors

This tar ball contains the additional chromosome simulation results not included in the paper "Substructured population growth in the Ashkenazi Jews inferred with Approximate Bayesian Computation".<br>There are four tab-delimited file (model 2, chr2-chr5) used as input for ABCtoolbox. The first line of each file is a header. The first set of columns are the parameter values used in the simulation and the remaining columns are the population genetic summary statistics. Each row is from one simulation - thus the number of rows equals the number of simulations + 1.<br>The posterior of each chromosome simulation was used as the prior for the next chromosome.

本压缩包内含4个用于ABCtoolbox输入的制表符分隔文件（模型2，染色体2至染色体5）。
每个文件的第一行为表头。
文件的前若干列对应模拟中使用的参数值，剩余列则为群体遗传学汇总统计量。
每一行对应一次模拟结果，因此文件的行数等于模拟次数加1。
每次染色体模拟得到的后验分布，被用作下一条染色体模拟的先验分布。
