Confocal imaging data of D. sechellia olfactory projection neurons

Here we present the raw imaging data and analysis pipeline used in Dürr et al., 2024 (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.07.26.605288v1) to generate an atlas of olfactory projection neurons in Drosophila sechellia and to compare it to published D. melanogaster data.本数据集呈现了Dürr等人2024年发表的研究（https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.07.26.605288v1）中，用于构建塞氏果蝇（Drosophila sechellia）嗅觉投射神经元（olfactory projection neurons）图谱，并将该图谱与已发表的黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）相关数据进行对比的原始成像数据与分析流程。
