This seamless 1 km resolution global daytime (1:30 PM) land surface temperature dataset in 2008 was generated from Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) LST products (MOD11A1 and MYD11A1), using a spatiotemporal gap-filling algorithm. The seamless LST dataset is of great use in global studies of urban, climate, and ecosystems.本数据集为2008年生成的全球无缝日间（当地时间下午1:30）、分辨率1千米的陆地表面温度 (Land Surface Temperature, LST) 数据集，基于中分辨率成像光谱仪 (Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer, MODIS) 的LST产品（MOD11A1与MYD11A1），采用时空间隙填充算法生成。该无缝陆地表面温度数据集在全球城市、气候与生态系统研究中具有重要应用价值。
