dicompare schema: SeedSeg Prostate T1-Weighted Protocol (v1.0)

T1-weighted gradient echo (FLASH) protocol for prostate MRI optimized for gold fiducial marker (seed) segmentation using the SeedSeg tool. Designed for radiation therapy planning on Siemens 3T systems with high in-plane resolution (0.7×0.7 mm²) and thin slices (2 mm) to enable accurate localization of implanted gold markers (1×3 mm cylindrical, Riverpoint Medical). T1-weighted MRI data were acquired using a MAGNETOM 3.0T XQ scanner (Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany; Numaris/X VA60A) with a 32-channel spine coil and 18-channel body coil. Ground truth FM and prostate (CTV) segmentations were delineated on registered CT images by radiation oncologists and transformed to MRI space using DICOM registration objects.This is a dicompare validation schema.
