iEEG analysis helper functions

These functions rely not only on external R packages [all on CRAN except rutabaga, devtools::install_github('dipterix/rutabaga')], but also the AFNI suite of tools for exporting data in the .niml.dset format so they may be viewed in SUMA. The dependency on AFNI is purely graphical and is not necessary to produce the numeric results of the paper.
