OR, 95% confidence interval (CI) and P values were calculated for each SNP analysed using logistic regression. OR adjusted for age group, family history of prostate cancer, participation in PSA testing, smoking status, and vigorous physical activity. Pinteraction = P value of test for interaction between genotype and serum selenium concentration per 10 mg/l, serum SePP concentration (mg/l) or serum GPx3 activity per 100 U/l.针对每一个经分析的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP），本研究采用logistic回归计算其比值比（Odds Ratio, OR）、95%置信区间（Confidence Interval, CI）及P值。经校正的OR已针对年龄组、前列腺癌家族史、前列腺特异性抗原（Prostate Specific Antigen, PSA）检测参与情况、吸烟状态及剧烈体力活动进行校准。交互检验P值（Pinteraction）为基因型与每10 mg/L血清硒浓度、每1 mg/L血清硒蛋白P（Selenoprotein P, SePP）浓度，或每100 U/L血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶3（Glutathione Peroxidase 3, GPx3）活性之间交互作用检验所得的P值。
