BNX files for detecting firing efficiency change when CENP-A overexpression

ORM(optical replication mapping) is a technology based on the Bionano platform. The raw data of Bionano including .bnx, .xmp and .cmap files. Here is the .bnx data at time point 0h, 60min S phase, and async dataset in WT HeLa and HeLa with CENP-A overexpression case All file names containing "CATAP" means CENP-A overexpression case, containing "WT" means WT case. And 0, 60, A means time point of S phase and asyncORM（optical replication mapping，光学复制映射）是一项基于Bionano平台的技术。 Bionano平台的原始数据包含.bnx、.xmp与.cmap三种格式的文件。 本次提供的.bnx数据集涵盖野生型（wild type，WT）HeLa细胞、过表达CENP-A（centromere protein A，着丝粒蛋白A）的HeLa细胞的0h样本、S期（S phase）60分钟样本，以及异步培养（asynchronous culture，async）样本的数据。 所有文件名中包含“CATAP”的样本对应CENP-A过表达实验组，包含“WT”的样本则对应野生型对照组。 其中0、60、A分别对应S期时间节点与异步培养样本。
