Data sets prepared from lifespan data for use in cox proportional hazards analysis in R. R486 (sometimes listed as R406) denotes presence of RU486 (1) or ethanol (0). When geno term is used, 0 refers to background control and 1 represents presence of transgene (RNAi unless otherwise stated) in file name. GS in file name means lines used had GeneSwitch drivers, while GAL4 means constitutively active driver was used. Time listed is in days, with number of deaths at that timepoint listed in deaths column. Status of 2 used for death, 1 for still living flies. Uro column represents whether uricase RNAi was present (1) or not (0).
