These are mouse E14 ESC iCLIP data for RNase P/MRP subunits: Nepro, Rpp14, Rpp21, and Pop5. The signals displayed were Read Per Million (RPM) normalized and merged from 4 replicates for the putative crosslinking site of the subunits to RNAs.
