Additional file 2: Functional roles of the genes associated with the PGx–CNS panel. The PGx–CNS panel includes 13 genes that were selected for their valuable PGx association with the targeted drugs. The table summarizes the functional roles of their encoded proteins, ranging from metabolization to cell signalling and actionable mechanisms [63–90].
