Phospho-peptide mapping of FLAG-SIRT1 by mass spectrometry.

Phosphorylation is indicated by an asterisk (*). A site that could not be ruled out is indicated by a question mark (?). Two independent samples of affinity-purified FLAG-SIRT1 were analyzed.
