Non-consumptive induced rapid adaptive evolution
The data were obtained from a mesocosm experiment aiming to test the non-consumptive effects on the evolutionary change of a prey population. An initial population composed of 18 Daphnia clones (6 clones from each subpopulation, see details in the paper) were used, three treatments of No-Fish, Caged-Fish and Free-ranging Fish were used in the experiment. In the two excel files, one is for the final clonal composition of each experimental population, and the other is for data for the reconstruction of the evolutionary changes.
