The secondary land use types are classified as follows: paddy field, dry land, closed forest land, shrub land, sparse forest land, other forest land, high-coverage grassland, medium-coverage grassland, low-coverage grassland, rivers and canals, lakes, reservoirs and ponds, permanent glacier and snow land, tidal flat, beach land, urban land, rural residential areas, other construction land, sand land, gobi, saline-alkali land, swamp land, bare land, bare rock and gravel land, and others. Specifically, cultivated land is categorized into paddy fields and dry lands in mountainous areas, hilly areas, plain areas, and areas with slopes greater than 25 degrees based on landform. The data scale is 1:100,000.
