Transcriptome assemblyWe used Trinity software for transcriptome assembly. The basic process of assembly is shown in the following link: http://trinityrnaseq.github.io .The results of transcriptional assembly were as follows:1.Trinity.fasta: FASTA sequences of Trinity assembly2.cluster_ all.fasta: The sequence obtained by removing redundancy in the TRINITY.fasta by corset clustering.3.unigene.fasta: Select the longest transcript of each gene from the cluster_ all.fasta to store in FASTA format as a unigene of the gene.4.Sampled_ trinity.fasta: Some examples of Trinity.fasta sequence, and the format of the sequence is the same as the Trinity.fasta.5.Sampled_ cluster_ all.fasta: Some examples of Clusters_ all.fasta sequence, and the format of the sequence is the same as the cluster_ all.fasta.6.Sampled_ unigene.fasta: Some examples of the unigene.fasta sequence, and the format of the sequence is the same as the unigene.fasta.
转录组组装:本研究采用Trinity软件开展转录组组装工作,组装的基本流程详见如下链接:http://trinityrnaseq.github.io。转录组组装的最终结果如下:
1. Trinity.fasta:Trinity组装得到的FASTA格式序列文件
2. cluster_all.fasta:通过corset聚类对Trinity.fasta进行去冗余后得到的序列文件
3. unigene.fasta:从cluster_all.fasta中选取每个基因的最长转录本,以FASTA格式存储,作为该基因的单基因(unigene)序列
4. Sampled_trinity.fasta:Trinity.fasta的序列示例文件,序列格式与Trinity.fasta保持一致
5. Sampled_cluster_all.fasta:cluster_all.fasta的序列示例文件,序列格式与cluster_all.fasta保持一致
6. Sampled_unigene.fasta:unigene.fasta的序列示例文件,序列格式与unigene.fasta保持一致
