Virulence Prediction of Listeria monocytogenes. Predicting Listeria monocytogenes Virulence using Whole Genome Sequencing and Machine Learning

The aim of this study is to predict the virulence of Listeria monocytogenes on a sub-species level. To do so we are using whole genome sequencing from governmental surveillance systems in combination with Machine Learning.
