The development of infant formulas is focused on simulating the nutritional structure of human milk, aiming to narrow the gap with breastfeeding. To evaluate infant formulas’ similarity to human milk, the nutrient composition and energy supply, fatty acids, sn-2 fatty acids, and sn-2 palmitoyl triacylglycerols (OPO/OPL) in 12 commercial infant formulas samples and human milk samples from Hainan Island, China, were determined in this study. Similarity evaluations between infant formulas and human milk were conducted from multiple dimensions using the optimal distance method and multivariate statistical analysis. It is hoped that this can provide data references for future in-depth studies on the humanization of infant formulas, contributing to the development of high-quality products that are more similar to the nutritional structure of human milk. The data submitted here are the specific scores for each individual evaluation indicator of different brands of infant formula milk powder at various levels, calculated using the optimal value distance method.
婴儿配方食品的研发以模拟母乳营养结构为核心目标,旨在缩小与母乳喂养的差距。为评估婴儿配方食品与母乳的相似性,本研究对取自中国海南岛的12份市售婴儿配方食品样品及母乳样品中的营养成分、能量供给、脂肪酸、sn-2脂肪酸与sn-2棕榈酰三酰甘油(OPO/OPL)进行了检测。本研究采用最优距离法与多变量统计分析,从多维度开展婴儿配方食品与母乳的相似性评价工作。本研究希望可为未来婴儿配方食品母乳化的深入研究提供数据参考,助力开发更贴合母乳营养结构的高品质产品。本次提交的数据为采用最优值距离法计算得到的不同品牌婴儿配方奶粉各层级单项评价指标的具体得分。
