Efficacy and safety of fluticasone propionate nasal spray in treatment ofadenoidal hypertrophic snoring in children

Abstract This study investigatedthe efficacy and safety offluticasone propionate nasal spray in treatment of adenoidal hypertrophic snoring in children.Fifty-six children with adenoidal hypertrophic snoring were enrolled.
