Data for: "A simulated investigation of ductile response of GaAs in single point diamond turning and experimental validation"

The dataset contains numerical data to illustrate variation of stress components, Hydrostatic stress and von Mises stress of the cutting zone and diamond tip on three different GaAs surfaces .
