Data file 1 - effective index for propagation in 1D trenches in silicon for TE- and TM-polarization

Effective index n_eff(Delta_x) for propagation of the fundamental mode of an 1D trench of width Delta_x at the center wavelength lambda_c = 1.329 µm of the applied light source spectrum; pure TE- and pure TM-polarization are considered.

本数据集给出了所用光源光谱的中心波长λ_c=1.329 μm下，宽度为Δ_x的一维（1D）沟槽中基模传输对应的有效折射率n_eff(Δ_x)；本次研究同时考虑了纯横电（TE, Transverse Electric）偏振与纯横磁（TM, Transverse Magnetic）偏振两种偏振态。
