The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether adoption of mobile banking application has any influence towards customer attrition rate. The study takes a quantitative research approach, which will be conducted to test hypotheses linked to the theoretical framework and the literature review. Secondary customer banking data from one of the major banks will be used to test the research hypotheses using SPSS tool. <br>The record contains 5 files in a Microsoft excel format as follows: - Customer banking raw data - Customer banking cleaned data suitable to test the proposed research hypotheses - SA banked customer data from FinMark- SA banked customer income sources data from FinMark- SA banked customer education data from FinMark
本研究旨在探究移动银行应用的采用是否会对客户流失率产生影响。本研究采用定量研究方法,用于检验与理论框架及文献综述相关的各项研究假设。研究将采用某大型银行的二手客户银行业务数据,并借助SPSS工具对前述研究假设进行检验。
本研究所用数据集包含5个Microsoft Excel格式的文件,具体如下:
- 客户银行原始数据
- 适配本研究拟检验假设的客户银行清洗后数据
- 来自FinMark的南非银行客户数据
- 来自FinMark的南非银行客户收入来源数据
- 来自FinMark的南非银行客户教育背景数据
