Lists for land cadastral surveying on state budget funds

From 1 January 2012, pursuant to Article [22](1) of the Law on Land Reform in Rural Areas of the Republic of Latvia (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/72849#p22) and Article [18] of the Law on Land Reform in the Cities of the Republic of Latvia (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/70467#p18), decisions on cadastral surveys of land are taken and cadastral surveys of land are organised by the State Land Service using State budget resources. __Cadastral survey of the land shall be carried out by the State budget funds__: * former land owners, to whom ownership rights have been restored, by granting land in the administrative territory where the former land property was located until July 21, 1940; * former owners of land for whom ownership rights have been restored by granting equivalent land in another administrative territory due to circumstances beyond the control of the person and the land has not yet been surveyed due to legal proceedings initiated; * former land owners for whom ownership rights have been restored by granting equivalent land in another administrative territory due to circumstances beyond the person's control; * heirs of all the above-mentioned persons - spouses, children and grandchildren, politically repressed persons and group 1 disabled persons. Land cadastral surveying using State budget resources shall be carried out in accordance with Cabinet Regulation [Procedures for carrying out land cadastral survey using State budget resources] (https://likumi.lv/ta/id/243611-kartiba-kada-performing land-cadastralo-metering-on-State-budget-vehicles). The Service shall maintain lists for land cadastral survey using State budget funds in accordance with the division of administrative territories as of 30 June 2009. The link between the administrative territories indicated in the lists and the current classification of administrative territories is available in the table – Classification of administrative territories.自2012年1月1日起，依据《拉脱维亚共和国农村土地改革法》第22条第1款（https://likumi.lv/ta/id/72849#p22）及《拉脱维亚共和国城市土地改革法》第18条（https://likumi.lv/ta/id/70467#p18），土地地籍调查（cadastral survey）的相关决策由国家土地事务局（State Land Service）制定，该局并使用国家预算资金组织开展土地地籍调查。 **使用国家预算资金开展的土地地籍调查** 适用以下几类主体： * 已恢复土地所有权的原土地所有权人，且其获配土地位于1940年7月21日前原土地财产所在的行政区划范围内； * 因本人无法控制的情形，在其他行政区划内获配等值土地而恢复土地所有权的原土地所有权人，且因已启动的法律程序尚未完成地籍调查的； * 因本人无法控制的情形，在其他行政区划内获配等值土地而恢复土地所有权的原土地所有权人； * 前述所有人员的继承人，包括配偶、子女、孙子女、曾受政治迫害人员以及一级残疾人士。 使用国家预算资金开展土地地籍调查，应遵循《使用国家预算资金开展土地地籍调查程序》（https://likumi.lv/ta/id/243611-kartiba-kada-performing land-cadastralo-metering-on-State-budget-vehicles）规定的内阁规章执行。 国家土地事务局应按照2009年6月30日的行政区划划分标准，维护使用国家预算资金开展土地地籍调查的相关名录。 名录中载明的行政区划与现行行政区划分类的对应关系，可参见《行政区划分类》表格。
