Intermediate_Host_Model_Code_C++

Code written in C++. The model considers two populations, an intermediate host and a target population, and one reservoir. The pathogen is indefinitely present in the reservoir and it spills over the intermediate population and/or the target population. The Para.txt file can be modifed as much as you want with other parameters value. The R scripts used to do the figures are also present.
