Data and algorithms for low level feature extraction from imagery using line, arc, ellipse and superellipse detection

This collection gives details of a number of packages of source code and data concerned with low-level feature extraction using line, arc, ellipse and superellipse detection methods. Images and results generated can be viewed as pgm images using software such as Gimp (available for Windows, Linux and Mac platforms). This collection contains a text based readme file that explains how to use the code. The code is written in C and has been used on Linux and OSX platforms. The main image format used is the open standard pbm format. A viewer has been generated that converts the data files into images for viewing.
