In these communities, the expected concentrations of 16S rRNA gene were 10⁶ copies/μL equally, while the expected concentrations of ITS were 10⁶, 10⁵, 10⁴, 10³, 10² and 10 copies/μL respectively. For SYBR Green qPCR, two primer pairs, 515F-806R and 355F-806R, were implemented.
