Hot water springs and Desert soils. soil metagenome

The study was designed to unravel microbial community of two extreme habitats in Pakistan. Geothermally important hot water springs were being studied for thermophilic bacteria and other which can tolerate extreme conditions of sulfure, nitrogen and anaerobic environment etc. Desert site was studied for comaprison of between adaptability of bacteria and actinobacteria in habitat and other xerophilic bacteria.
