Secretome proteomics of Galdieria sulphuraria cultured on glucose, maltose and starch hydrolysate

We profiled the extracellular proteome (secretome) of the acidophilic microalga Galdieria sulphuraria (strain SAG 108.79) cultivated under three carbon sources: glucose, maltose and a starch-derived hydrolysate. The dataset contains 15 raw runs (5 biological replicates per condition) together with search/quantification results and experimental-design (SDRF) metadata, enabling re-analysis and cross-condition comparison of secreted proteins.
