Fluorinated RNA origami enables serum-stable nanodevices for sensing and targeting

Simulations of various motifs and devices of RNA and FRNA from the paper "Fluorinated RNA origami enables serum-stable nanodevices for sensing and targeting". The trajectories have been fitted to the RNA or RNA/protein complex and frames have been saved for every 1 ns.本数据集包含来自论文"氟化核糖核酸（RNA）折纸可实现用于传感与靶向的血清稳定纳米器件"中核糖核酸（RNA）与氟化核糖核酸（Fluorinated RNA）的多种基序及器件的模拟数据。模拟轨迹已拟合至核糖核酸或核糖核酸-蛋白质复合物，且每1纳秒（ns）保存一帧轨迹数据。
