The gig economy trend, which disrupted the traditional recruitment strategy of many organizations in the world from hiring full-time employees to outsourcing part-time workers, is now entering Thai labor market. The change to the new trend of recruiting temporary workforce has been driven by many factors, for examples, preferred flexible working hours in younger generations, technological advancements fostering the ease of job searching, unexpected recession of economy causing the dismissal of employees, etc.By studying the job searching service business in Thailand, there are only few competitors who have their main focus on part-time jobs and target student workers aged 15 or above, who are considered as important labor force with the total number of 1.52million students across 10 major commercial cities in Thailand.Moreover, from the study, the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector is expected to grow after the recovery from the pandemic of covid-19 in 2022 with GDP MSME of 4.5%. Therefore, there is an opportunity for part-time job searching service for students to grow its business in Thai job market further in the future. And the project targets to approach the group of MSME employers in 10 major cities with approximately 1.32 million businesses.The project has its plan to develop the online platform in forms of a website and a mobile application which employers and student workers can use their mobile phones and other technological devices with internet connection to access and use the service anywhere and anytime. However, the project needs to carefully study the market, assess the business environment, conduct the marketing plan along with operational plan and financial plan before starting a business.In terms of investment, the founder will inject 4 million Thai baht and loan 2 million Thai baht from the Krung Thai Bank. This project will use 2,545,740 million Thaibaht as the initial investment for establishing the business. Then the income from subscription revenue model is expected to deliver a positive NPV of 5,060,325 million Thai baht, ROI (Return on Investment) of 20.99% with payback period in 1.67 years.

零工经济(gig economy)浪潮此前已颠覆全球众多企业的传统招聘策略——从雇佣全职员工转向外包兼职用工,如今这一趋势正逐步渗透至泰国劳动力市场。 泰国劳动力市场转向临时用工招聘新趋势的背后,存在多重驱动因素:年轻群体偏好灵活工时、技术进步降低求职门槛、突发经济衰退导致员工被裁撤等。 经调研泰国求职服务行业现状,目前专注于兼职岗位、且以15岁及以上学生群体为目标用户的竞争者寥寥无几;而泰国10大商业城市的适龄学生劳工总数达152万,是不容忽视的重要劳动力资源。 此外,调研显示,在2022年新冠疫情(COVID-19)过后经济复苏的大背景下,微型、小型与中型企业(MSME)板块预计将实现增长,该板块产值占泰国GDP的比重为4.5%。因此,面向学生群体的兼职求职服务在泰国劳动力市场具备进一步拓展业务的可观机遇。 本项目的目标客户为泰国10大商业城市内的MSME雇主群体,覆盖约132万家市场主体。本项目计划开发集网站与移动应用于一体的线上平台,雇主与学生劳工可通过移动设备及其他联网智能设备,随时随地访问并使用平台服务。不过,本项目在正式启动前,需开展细致的市场调研、商业环境评估,并制定营销计划、运营计划与财务计划。 资金筹备方面,项目创始人将自筹400万泰铢,并向泰国汇商银行(Krung Thai Bank)申请200万泰铢贷款。本项目初始创业投资金额为2,545,740百万泰铢。采用订阅制营收模式后,项目预计将实现5,060,325百万泰铢的正净现值(NPV, Net Present Value)、20.99%的投资回报率(ROI, Return on Investment),以及1.67年的投资回收期。
