Physical Fitness

This study tracked Chinese university students’ physical fitness changes during a 4-year physical-fitness system and compared them to provide data support for ethnic minority college students’ healthy development of physical fitness.

本研究在为期四年的体育锻炼体系实施期间，追踪中国大学生的体质变化并开展对比分析，旨在为少数民族大学生的体质健康发展提供数据支撑。
