mRNA Expression Levels in 5FU-Resistant Cancer Cell Lines and Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) Tissues

Transcriptomic datasets from stable 5-FU resistance cancer cell lines including GSE196900, GSE23776, and GSE81005 as well as transcriptomics dataset from 92 normal and 91 Thai CCA patient tissues (GSE7631) were retrieved from the GEO database.从基因表达综合数据库（Gene Expression Omnibus, GEO）中检索得到两类转录组数据集：一类为稳定5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fluorouracil, 5-FU）耐药癌细胞系的转录组数据集，包含GSE196900、GSE23776及GSE81005；另一类为92份正常组织与91份泰国胆管癌（Cholangiocarcinoma, CCA）患者组织的转录组数据集，对应数据集编号为GSE7631。
