Magnetic field-assisted SELEX for cobalt-binding aptamers

This dataset contains the high-throughput sequencing results from a Magnetic Field-Assisted Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment (HM-SELEX) study. The goal was to identify single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) aptamers that bind to paramagnetic Co2+ ions, with binding affinity modulated by a strong static magnetic field (up to 9 Tesla).
