Data to support Observation of Intravalley Phonon Scattering of 2s Excitons in MoSe2 and WSe2 Monolayers

This dataset contains photoluminescence, reflectivity and resonance Raman spectroscopy data obtained on hBN encapsulated monolayers of MoSe2 and WSe2 at 4 K. This data underpins the paper entitled "Observation of Intravalley Phonon Scattering of 2s Excitons in MoSe2 and WSe2 Monolayers " in 2D Materials.
