This dataset contains environmental variables (e.g., temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen) and counts of <i>Vibrio vulnificus</i> (CFU/mL) and <i>Perkinsus marinus</i> (Infection Intensity) associated with oysters collected from a subtropical estuary in South Texas.
