Exemplar datasets for demonstrating the resolution improvement of pixel shifting data in the CtDvOPM. Here raw, bicubic interpolated, pixel shifted up sampled and pixel shifted upsampled with deconvolution are given. The data presented is taken from the region used to produce the data shown in supplementary figure 7.
