The genomic annotation-related data for <i>Larimichthys polyactis</i>

In this study, we assembled the chromosome-scale genome sequence of Larimichthys polyactis utilizing a combination of PacBio HiFi and Hi-C technology. This assembly comprises 24 pseudo-chromosomes, yielding a genome size of 677,353,566 bp with a scaffold N50 length of 28,510,860 bp, indicative of a highly contiguous assembly. This folder contains files related to genome annotation.本研究联合PacBio HiFi与Hi-C技术，构建了小黄鱼（Larimichthys polyactis）的染色体级基因组序列。本次组装共包含24条伪染色体，组装基因组总长度为677,353,566 bp，支架N50（scaffold N50）长度达28,510,860 bp，表明该组装具有极高的连续性。本文件夹包含与基因组注释相关的文件。
