High temperature in summer can result in limited growth, short flowering period, low fruit setting rate, serious fruit dropping and increased abnormal fruit. In order to explore the molecular mechanism of passiflora response to high temperature environment, transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed on flower buds of passiflora hybrid 'Zhuangxiang Mibao' under high temperature (average temperature 35℃) and control (average temperature 25 ℃) habitats.
夏季高温可导致西番莲(Passiflora)生长受限、花期缩短、坐果率降低、落果严重且畸形果数量增多。为探究西番莲响应高温环境的分子机制,本研究对高温(平均温度35℃)与对照(平均温度25℃)生境下的杂交西番莲‘壮香蜜宝’('Zhuangxiang Mibao')的花芽开展了转录组测序(transcriptome sequencing)与生物信息学分析(bioinformatics analysis)。
