Ratio-sum-difference-product metafeatures clustered with Braak staging.

We have selected 50 metafeatures (25 most positively correlated and 25 most negatively correlated) and ordered them by Spearman’s rank correlation with Braak staging. Genes in boldface indicate that they were previously discussed in [5] and genes with underlined boldface represent the cases for which the gene has been discussed in the context of AD in the published literature (see File S3 for details).本研究共选取50个元特征（metafeatures），其中25个为正相关程度最高的特征，其余25个为负相关程度最高的特征，并按照与Braak分期（Braak staging）的斯皮尔曼等级相关系数对这些元特征进行排序。其中，粗体标注的基因代表已在文献[5]中被讨论过的基因；带下划线的粗体基因则代表在已发表文献中结合阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease，AD）相关语境被讨论过的基因。详细信息参见文件S3。
