5hmC enrichment in HUVEC following treatment with interferon gamma or high glucose

Hydroxymethylated DNA immunoprecipitation sequencing of HUVEC following treatment with high glucose (25mM) compared to normal glucose (5mM) + mannitol (20mM), or following interferon gamma treatment compared to untreated controls Overall design: Genomic DNA was isolated from single samples of HUVEC untreated or treated with 25mM glucose or 5mM glucose + 20mM mannitol for 2 weeks, or HUVEC treated with IFNg for 24h. Samples were immunoprecipitated with an anti-5-hydroxymethylcytosine antibody. An input sample (non-immunoprecipitated) from the untreated HUVEC is also included.
