Bulk mRNAseq in control and Plp-CreER_Ddx20 cKO mouse spinal cords

We sequenced mRNA extracted from the spinal cords of mice at 4 and 4.5 weeks after tamoxifen administration and compared the gene expression levels between the control group and the Ddx20 conditional knockout (Plp-CreER; Ddx20 cKO) group. Overall design: At 4 and 4.5 weeks after tamoxifen administration, mRNA was extracted from the spinal cords of three control mice and three Ddx20 cKO mice. The extracted mRNA was sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform to generate mRNA expression profiles.
