Mab VJ datasets

This folder contains two supplementary table for the manuscript “The immunogenicity of human-origin therapeutic antibodies are associated with V gene usage”. Supplementary Table 1: A table containing the median percent of sequences that contain a V or J gene in the B cell repertoire sequencing dataset from OAS. Supplementary Table 2: A table containing the information of 93 human or humanized antibody drugs, including the clinical ADA rate, the usage of V and J alleles, the number of mismatches with the germline, the disease indications, the antibody type (human or humanized) and first US approval time.本文件夹包含对应论文《人源治疗性抗体的免疫原性与V基因使用存在关联》的两张补充表。 补充表1：收录了来自OAS的B细胞受体库测序数据集中，携带V基因或J基因的序列占比的中位数。 补充表2：收录了93款人源或人源化抗体药物的相关信息，包括临床ADA（Anti-Drug Antibody）阳性率、V与J等位基因使用情况、与生殖系序列的错配数、疾病适应症、抗体类型（人源或人源化）以及美国首次获批时间。
