Adsorption of caffeine, hydrochlorothiazide, saccharin, sucralose, and sulfamethoxazole from aqueous matrices (water and effluent of a wastewater treatment plant) onto activated carbon. Two activated carbons were characterized using different techniques and adsorption was studied varying the pH of the media. The quantitation of the compounds were carried out using bidimensional chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-UHPLC-MS/MS).
本数据集研究了水基质(水及污水处理厂出水)中咖啡因、氢氯噻嗪、糖精、三氯蔗糖与磺胺甲恶唑在活性炭(activated carbon)上的吸附行为。研究采用多种表征技术对两种活性炭进行表征,并通过改变介质pH值开展吸附性能探究。上述目标化合物的定量分析采用二维色谱耦合串联质谱(LC-UHPLC-MS/MS)技术完成。
