本数据集系统刻画了首批14个国家级经济技术开发区的实际空间边界范围,是开展开发区相关空间分析与企业识别的基础性空间数据。数据以开发区为基本空间单元,构建了反映开发区真实规划建设范围的边界矢量数据,并在此基础上整合了开发区内部及周边的道路、水体和建筑等空间要素,形成多层级、多类型的空间数据集。
在数据构建过程中,开发区边界信息主要来源于各开发区管委会(或其所属管理机构)发布的官方规划资料,并通过官方网站公开信息、电话与邮件沟通及实地调研等多种渠道进行交叉核实。在ArcGIS平台下对规划图件进行矢量化处理,并统一采用GCS_WGS_1984地理坐标系,以确保空间数据的一致性。针对部分开发区边界界定不清或内部包含多个子园区的情况,在综合考虑规划定位与实际建设特征的基础上,对研究范围进行了适当筛选与调整,以提高数据在跨开发区比较分析中的一致性和可比性。在边界数据基础上,进一步提取了相应空间范围内的道路、水体和建筑数据。
This dataset systematically characterizes the actual spatial boundary scope of the first batch of 14 national-level economic and technological development zones, serving as fundamental spatial data for conducting spatial analysis and enterprise identification related to development zones. Taking development zones as the basic spatial units, it constructs boundary vector data that reflects the actual planning and construction scope of the zones, and integrates spatial elements such as roads, water bodies and buildings within and around the development zones on this basis, forming a multi-level, multi-type spatial dataset. During the data construction process, the boundary information of the development zones mainly originates from official planning documents released by the management committees (or their affiliated management institutions) of each development zone, and is cross-verified through multiple channels including official website public information, telephone and email communications, and field surveys. The planning drawings are vectorized on the ArcGIS platform, and the GCS_WGS_1984 geographic coordinate system is uniformly adopted to ensure the consistency of spatial data. For cases where the boundaries of some development zones are unclear or internally include multiple sub-parks, the research scope is appropriately screened and adjusted based on a comprehensive consideration of planning positioning and actual construction characteristics, so as to enhance the consistency and comparability of the data in cross-development zone comparative analysis. Based on the boundary data, road, water body and building data within the corresponding spatial scope are further extracted.
