Labels of 108 subcortical structures for brain2 (MINC format)

Resulting atlas from the atlas-to-template warping technique performed registering the histologically-derived atlas to each of the 5 MRI templates using the ANIMAL_script code, delineating 108 subcortical structures.本研究采用图谱-模板变形配准技术，通过ANIMAL_script代码将组织学衍生脑图谱配准至全部5个磁共振成像（MRI）模板，最终生成的结果图谱共勾勒出108个皮层下结构。
