Methods 1) Measure the selected cross-section of the river channel near the hydrological station. 2) Determine the bankfull water level based on the bank of the measured cross-section. 3) The bankfull discharge is determined according to the water level-discharge relationship of the hydrological station. Usage Notes The parameter of the characteristic length l_d in the second page can be get through the calculation of the sum of the bed load and suspended load transport rate.研究方法：1） 对水文站（hydrological station）附近选定的河道横断面（river channel cross-section）进行测量；2） 基于实测横断面的河岸确定平滩水位（bankfull water level）；3） 根据水文站的水位-流量关系推求平滩流量（bankfull discharge）。 使用说明：第二页中的特征长度（characteristic length）l_d的参数，可通过推移质输沙率（bed load transport rate）与悬移质输沙率（suspended load transport rate）的总和计算得到。
