Trip generation surveys : medium density residential dwellings : data report

GTA Consultants were commissioned by the NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to undertake a study to determine contemporary trip generation for the land use 'Medium Density Residential' within Metropolitan Sydney and Regional NSW. This new information would replace the existing traffic and parking generation data contained with the RTA Guide to Traffic Generating Developments 2002. This data report contains details of the surveys undertaken in support of the analysis to determine the trip generation and parking demand rates for the land use "Medium Density Residential".
