Videos of collisions between translocating cohesin and MCM containing the YDF motif under physiological salt conditions collected with MicroManager 1.4 as tif image sequences. Videos of DNA stained with SYTOX Orange after collection of cohesin translocation are included as separate image sequences.

本数据集包含在生理盐浓度条件下采集的、易位黏连蛋白（cohesin）与含YDF基序的微染色体维持蛋白（MCM）之间碰撞的视频，该视频以tif图像序列形式存储，采集所用软件为显微管理器1.4（MicroManager 1.4）。在完成黏连蛋白易位相关视频的采集后，经SYTOX Orange染色的DNA成像序列视频作为独立图像序列一并提供。
