Proteome database of Listeria floridensis FSL S10-1187

<i>Listeria floridensis</i> is a Gram-positive, facultative anaerobic bacterium. This work presents the proteome database of <i>L. floridensis</i> FSL S10-1187 by parsing its annotated proteome downloaded from UniProt. Comprising protein name and amino acid sequence together with calculated number of residues, molecular weight, and nucleotide sequence of each protein in the proteome, the resource should find use in gaining a deeper understanding of the molecular basis of cellular processes in the bacterium.
