Summary of BLAST hit analyses of the top 230 most abundant transcripts of Pratylenchus penetrans encoding putative secreted proteins (FPKM > 8) originated from the esophageal gland cells library. BLAST analyses were performed against the non-redundant GenBank database. Transcript abundance was determined as Fragments Per Kilobase of Transcript per Million mapped reads (FPKM) values.
