Latent profiles of physical literacy and their longitudinal association with burnout among university faculty: A three-wave dataset

This dataset supports a three-wave longitudinal study of physical literacy (PL) and occupational burnout in 1,014 Chinese university faculty assessed at baseline (T0), one-year follow-up (T1), and two-year follow-up (T2). Faculty completed the 18-item Perceived Physical Literacy Instrument (PPLI; Sum et al., 2016) and the 14-item Shirom–Melamed Burnout Measure (SMBM; Shirom & Melamed, 2006) at each wave, along with baseline demographic and professional covariates (sex, marital status, years of service, academic rank, disciplinary field). The dataset contains item-level responses, precomputed subscale scores, and total scores for both instruments across all three waves. Retention was 86.0% at T1 (n = 872) and 78.2% at T2 (n = 793). The dataset is provided as a single Excel file with a codebook describing each variable. All data are de-identified.本数据集支持一项针对1014名中国高校教职工的三波追踪研究，探究身体素养（Physical Literacy，PL）与职业倦怠状况，研究分别在基线期（T0）、1年随访期（T1）与2年随访期（T2）对受试者开展评估。所有教职工在每一波评估中均填写了18条目版感知身体素养量表（Perceived Physical Literacy Instrument，PPLI；Sum等，2016）与14条目版希罗姆-梅拉米德倦怠量表（Shirom–Melamed Burnout Measure，SMBM；Shirom和Melamed，2006），同时在基线期填写了人口学与职业相关协变量信息，包括性别、婚姻状况、任职年限、学术职称与学科领域。本数据集涵盖了三波评估中两份量表的条目级作答数据、预计算的分量表得分与总得分。随访保留率方面，T1期为86.0%（有效样本量n=872），T2期为78.2%（有效样本量n=793）。本数据集以单个Excel文件形式提供，附带一份用于说明各变量含义的编码手册，所有数据均已完成去标识化处理。
