This dataset was prepared in support of the manuscript entitled “A universal scaling law of hydrodynamic dispersion unified by geometry in disorder porous media.” It contains the final-frame .h5 files for all Péclet-number cases considered in the study. Each .h5 file stores particle-resolved residence-time information throughout the computational domain, mean-square displacement data, the spatial configuration of the solid obstacles, the corresponding steady-state flow field and so on.
In addition, the dataset includes the Excel file containing the processed quantities used in the analysis. These tables provide key case-specific information, including characteristic lengths, time-conversion factors for transforming lattice units into physical units, mean flow velocities, average throat sizes, solid area, hydraulic radius, and longitudinal dispersion coefficients.
本数据集为支撑题为《无序多孔介质中几何统一的流体动力弥散通用标度律》的学术手稿而编制。其包含本研究中所有佩克莱特数(Péclet number)工况的最终帧.h5文件。每个.h5文件均存储了计算域内的粒子解析停留时间信息、均方位移数据、固体障碍物的空间构型、对应稳态流场等内容。此外,本数据集还收录了用于分析的经处理物理量的Excel文件。这些表格提供了各工况的关键信息,包括特征长度、将晶格单位转换为物理单位的时间转换因子、平均流速、平均喉道尺寸、固体面积、水力半径以及纵向弥散系数。
